NHS Friends and Family Test
Your feedback is very important to us and we have re-launched the NHS Friends and Family Test to give you a chance to provide real time feedback on the services we provide. Patients are able to respond after each appointment, by text message, via the website, or in person using the forms and suggestion boxes now in reception. The responses will be reviewed by the practice and Patient Reference Group each quarter, along with the National GP Survey results.
**Please note that we cannot tell who has completed the feedback. If you would like a response about a particular issue or incident please speak to a member of staff or raise a complaint so that we can investigate fully**
